i woke up this morning and had a thought: what's the point of having a blog if you can't spread some kind of message or teach something useful? and i immediately knew the answer: trick question. but then, i thought, you know, maybe there's something to that thought. maybe there should be a didactic portion on this tiny corner of the world wide web. there are only two things i know anything about. one is art. as if there aren't enough confusing minimalistic blogs out there with [photos of weird shit] making everyone feel intellectually inferior. so the answer was natural: ghetto cooking. i know this because it's in my blood. i come from a long line of people that eat every part of every animal and would throw MSG on a neckbone and call it food. so here we go!

ghetto kitchen #1: ghetto nachos

ingredients: (none of these recipes will call for more than three ingredients)
tortilla chips
kraft single

prep time:
30 seconds

cook time:
30 seconds

spread the tortilla chips on a napkin. don't use tin foil in the nuker because you might damage the microwave and then you can't make the nachos. lay the kraft single on top of the chips. if you want to get all fancy with it you can crumble it into pieces. just remember to get as much cheese on the chips as possible because the napkin gets stuck to the cheese when it hardens and then you have to eat that part of the napkin too. microwave on high for 30 seconds or until the cheese melts. for ghetto nachos deluxe add tapatio. you can often get tapatio packets for free at various restaurants.
